Weekly Weigh In
Good week, suprisingly (I didn’t run that much due to extreme leg soreness) But I still managed to lose another two pounds. I guess I kept my food intake down (despite two days in a row of what seemed like nonstop feasting) and because of how exhausted I’ve been this week I didn’t work on building muscle that much, so it probably was pretty close to the weight loss being equal to the actual fat loss. Luckily my metabolism has remained pretty fast. I’ve lost about 10 pounds since I’ve really started working out more, and I’ve burned off over that much in fat. As long as I keep this up I should actually have a decent body by the end of the summer.
